BTO, academic driven consulting company offering digital transformation advisory and project management services in the IT field, is looking a Scrum Master to be involved in IT projects. Scrum Master: What you are going to do: - Be an innovative leader and contribute to how projects are successfully managed and structured; - Manage the scrum process with the coordination of scrum teams; - Ensure the correct use of scrum processes & methodology; - Remove the impediments for the scrum team; - Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings; - Help the product owners to keep the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint; - Help the team or individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them; - Help spread best practices such as agile and lean; - Be part of an organization that feels as committed to its responsibility as much as to innovation. Skills Required: - From 5 to 10 years of experience in IT projects/programs; - From 3 to 5 years of relevant Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment (experience in the insurance/banking field would be considered a plus) - Great coaching skills and ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts, and methodologically Strong - Experience working in large scale projects and in international environment and good methodologies; - JIRA/Confluence experience; - Fluent in Italian and English;
