We are looking for a **IT Product** **Configuration management** **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of IT Commercial & Supporting processes.**
You will be responsible for overseeing, defining and implementing the digital solutions which are needed for a proper management of Product Configuration processes with an “End to End” perspective, defining requirements with internal business stakeholders (like Commercial, R&D;, Production, Logistics & Manufacturing and Quality) with the final goal to find the best trade off and most appropriate solutions to manage the overall process in terms of consistent and integrated data flows.
You will be focused on the following activities:
- **Demand Management**: manage relations with business partners and support them in collect and prioritize business needs and translate business requirements in IT requirements; guarantee the appropriate involvement of business process owners and key users in all on-going projects and activities.
- **Portfolio Management**: ensure a consistent project portfolio definition for your area of competence taking in consideration business priority and matching with available resources and budget restrictions; manage process change requests in terms of prioritization and planning.
- **Project Management**: organize and implement projects starting from the business requirement collection up to the solution deployment in the IT perimeter. Manage interaction with business and external consultants; monitor ongoing issues, time and costs during implementation phases.
- **Business & Process Analysis**: collaborate in the high-level solution design, in order to evaluate the coherence between delivered solution and original business requirements and to perform the most appropriate trade off analysis between requirements coverage and implementation costs; ensure the appropriate documentation of business processes and related IT solution.
- **Service Management**: coordinate the support to end users in daily operations for the service of responsibility in terms of:
- Service definition
- Transition & Service Start up
- Service monitoring and cost control
**About you**
- University degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science or Management)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the role
- Knowledge of
- Automotive Visualization Platform (Car Configurator platform)
- LOOM/SOM (related to configuration rules mgmt.)
- Group systems (OKAPI, MBV, Spyder )
- Integration with MES, SAP, Unica, PLM
- Italian & English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
