Overview
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Cluster Revenue Manager to lead the Revenue Strategy for our Chia Laguna Resort, in Sardinia. The Resort features 3 different hotels - Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia, Baia di Chia Resort Sardinia - Curio Collection by Hilton, and Hotel Village, with a total of 424 keys. This is a unique opportunity to drive performance, optimize pricing, and maximize profitability. As Cluster Revenue Manager, you will also manage and lead the Reservations’ team through day-to-day operations, to achieve team and organizational goals. The role will be based at the Chia Laguna Resort, in South Sardinia.
Job Responsibilities
* Prepare hotel budgets and monthly forecasts.
* Develop and implement Revenue Management strategies for the three hotels.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive performance through agreed strategies and actions.
* Support Groups’ Sales with quotations and displacement analysis.
* Analyse and monitor competitors’ behaviour and market trends.
* Lead weekly revenue meetings and provide performance insights.
* Monitor and adjust pricing strategies in real-time to maximize RevPAR and GOP.
* Ensure team members have current knowledge of relevant processes, policies and promotions, as necessary, to perform their duties.
* Manage Reservation team performance in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills requirements
* 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably with experience in a Resort.
* Proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in English and Italian.
* Structured, accurate, analytic and professional in your work.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and to manage workload using own initiative.
* Excellent computer and Excel skills.
* Strong knowledge of RMS, PMS, and CRS (e.g., ONQ, GRO, Vertical Booking).
