Guarantees the achievement of project objectives, including performance, cost and time for product development projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbProject Management: /b /p ul liCollect product requirements from product marketing (push projects) or sales (pull projects) /li liDesign detailed technical project plans defining all activities necessary to deliver the RD Project from Application Analysis phase to Product Validation and prototyping /li liCoordinate and monitor the project activities with the aim to guarantee the achievement of project goals, including performance, cost and time /li liMonitor progress of the activities securing delivery of the expected results (investment, BOM, spec’s, drawings, test results, technical support to purchasing, tooling build certification, Manufacturing Process Plan, Approval Plan) according to the original plan. /li liElaborate technical reports to summarize project results and highlight critical issues and possible solutions to guarantee project delivery /li /ul pbProduct/Solutions Development: /b /p ul liGuarantee definition of product specification collecting requirements from Product Marketing/Sales/Local CAE/Customers, technical feasibility analysis from Platform Leader, manufacturing feasibility from Operation Engineering and Manufacturing /li liGuarantee elaboration of a technical document with product configuration and functionality assumptions /li liFacilitate and guide activities of a cross‑functional product development team to make sure they meet the necessary requirements and specifications /li liGuarantee performance and reliability requirements, cost compliance with safety regulations, as well as manufacturability, logistics management for prototipation /li /ul pbTesting Evaluation: /b /p ul liGuarantee experimental test results analysis (bench or machine), identifying root causes of problems and defining action plans for critical issue resolution /li liEnsure all deliverables meet or exceed company performance requirements /li /ul pbPrototype Release: /b /p ul liDefine materials, tools and processes for development of prototypes based on technical requirements with involved functions (Purchasing, Operation Engineering, Manufacturing) /li liSupport Operation Engineers during assembly and production process definition /li liSupport quality control function to identify production or performance problems /li liManage customer interaction for prototype validation or optimization /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent /li liKnowledge of CAD/PLM systems, preferably NX Unigraphics and Teamcenter /li liGood understanding of technical drawings and design software /li liProficiency in common office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
