PpJoin to apply for the bSenior Manager Treasury /b role at bChampion Europe Group /b /p pBased at our headquarter in Carpi, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Senior Manager Treasury to join our team at Champion Europe. /p pIn this role, you will play a key part in overseeing the Group’s treasury activities, ensuring effective cash flow planning, optimizing financial resources, and supporting strategic business decisions. /p pYou will be responsible for coordinating daily treasury operations, monitoring liquidity positions, and developing innovative solutions to enhance cash management and funding processes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide strategic treasury insights to senior management, including cash flow forecasting, risk exposure, and funding requirements. /li liSupport capital structure planning and manage short-, medium- and long-term financing initiatives, borrowing facilities, and working capital programs. /li liOversee daily cash and liquidity management, including the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast and bank account structures, controls, and fees. /li liCoordinate FX risk management activities and insurance programs in collaboration with the parent company. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external partners. /li liLead, coach, and develop a team of treasury professionals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance. /li li7 years of expertise in treasury operations, financial instruments, and liquidity management. /li liProven experience in financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and capital structure management. /li liSolid knowledge of risk management (credit, FX, insurance). /li liDeep understanding of trade credit, customer evaluation, and factoring processes. /li liProficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP and treasury management systems. /li liFluency in English and Italian. /li /ul pAt Champion, we believe that success brings opportunity.
