Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee financial operations in Italy, with potential support to international markets (e.g., Brazil).
* Manage accounting and tax compliance via external consultants and accounting providers.
* Support financial due diligence and audits during project acquisition or financing phases.
* Prepare financial reports and provide insights for strategic decisions.
* Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial risk assessment.
* Work closely with treasury and statutory control departments.
* Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and corporate structure efficiency.
* Collaborate with legal and administrative partners, including commercialisti and legal secretaries.
* Contribute to financial aspects throughout project development cycles.
* Maintain strong relationships with external providers and act as the internal point of control.
What You Bring
* Minimum 5 years of relevant financial control or accounting experience.
* Solid understanding of Italian tax and fiscal frameworks .
* Practical experience working with or managing external commercialisti and administrative advisors.
* Advanced knowledge of accountancy principles and Excel-based financial analysis tools.
* Experience supporting financial audits, due diligence, and investment processes.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
* Proactive and autonomous work ethic, capable of handling high-responsibility roles.
* Fluent in Italian and English ; additional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered a plus.
Occasional international travel for team meetings and onboarding.
* Work closely with an international team operating across Europe and Latin America.
