PpOn behalf of our client, a multinational company operating in the manufacturing sector and specialized in innovative technological and technical solutions for the industry, we are looking for an I T Coordinator as part of the strengthening of the ICT team. /p pbThe IT Coordinator will : /b /p ul liLiaise with the local key-user community in Italy and the global ERP (SAP) Support Team and be the linking element between them /li liServe as the central Italian ERP (SAP) contact for up-to-date information, both internally for the key users externally with the global support team /li liManage day-to-day IT operational aspects of Incidents, Changes and Projects, following up with the responsible local and global Support Organizations and Project Management. /li liServe as the liaison between Business and IT, ensuring that proposed solutions are planned and implemented in alignment with business expectations and established processes and procedures. /li liOversee the regional ERP (SAP) Key-User Team in fulfilling the functional needs of a growing organization. /li liInstall, coordinate, and support IT devices (desktops, laptops, printers, peripheral devices, etc.) /li liProvide IT support to employees at the site /li liCoordinate all IT-related topics with the IT Group /li liImplement the IT Group standards /li liBachelor’s degree in business informatics or other related discipline. /li liA minimum of three years of experience in Information Technology and / or ERP-Systems. /li liRequires solid technical understanding of IT Systems and Procedures. /li liExcellent English skills, both written and spoken. /li liTeam-minded, good communication skills, high commitment, reliability and great personal initiative. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
