Job Description Your Opportunity How you will contribute - Create and maintain regular actual marketing performance, budgeting and market intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Formwork, BPC and SAP, integrating data from multiple sources and providing analytics and insights to inform marketing strategy - Support the improvement of efficiency by implementing the automated reporting process across functions - Daily support to marketing teams creating ad hoc analysis, reviewing invoices, supervising purchase requisition flow, tracking capital expenditure, monitoring progress and performance of marketing initiatives. - Daily alignment with finance in analyzing financial data and provide financial guidance to ensure cost-effectiveness, reviewing Marketing’s financial information in the general ledger for accuracy and discrepancies in order to correct any issues, reviewing capex accounting. - Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools to ensure the department's resources are being utilized efficiently - Assist in managing integrations related to mergers, acquisitions, or new system implementations Who you are - Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or Finance - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Junior Controller, Financial Analyst, etc.), with specific experience in financial integrations and/or ERP systems. - Experience in P&L management, along with knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts - Demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge - Strong organizational skills - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail - Ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment - Advanced Excel and Power Point skills - Experience with SAP integration is a plus - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) Job Type Regular Start Date 2025-05-05 Schedule Full time Organization KERING EYEWEAR S.P.A.
