What will this role involve?
As our newProject Leader, you will have the followingresponsibilities:
1.Leadend-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage planning, risk mitigation, and product qualification from concept to launch.
2.Work closely withcross-functional teams(Marketing, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics) and external suppliers to define, qualify, and approve new products. Maintain all technical and commercial documentation.
3.Driveproblem-solving and decision-makingacross departments to keep projects on track.
4.Monitor project performance, provideregular updates to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
This is what we’re looking for in this role:
1.ABachelor’s degree in Engineering or Energy Engineering(preferred). AProject Management certification or master’s degreeis a strong plus.
2.Previous experience inproject management（at least 2years）, especially inHVAC, light commercial, or residential products, is highly valued.
3.Strongorganizational and leadership skillsto guide teams effectively.
4.Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementabilities.
5.Familiarity withproduct qualification and compliance processesis a plus.
