PpSunset Hospitality Group is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more. /p pSHG operates over 81 venues in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world. /p pWe are looking for a strategic bDirector of People Culture /b, responsible for implementing and executing the HR strategy across two hospitality destinations in Milan: bPalazzo Cordusio /b and bTorre Velasca /b for both our Hotels Resorts Division as well as our FB Division. /p pThis role leads all HR functions including organizational development, strategic workforce planning, compliance, Talent Acquisition, engagement, culture development and training. The role ensures both properties reflect the brand’s high standards while aligning with Italy’s labor laws and global hospitality best practices. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement and lead a proactive, integrated HR strategy aligned with business goals for both locations. /li liAct as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team on workforce planning, organizational design and cultural initiatives. /li liEnsure adherence to Italian Labor Law and SHG’s global HR policies. /li liDesign and implement localized HR policies tailored to Milan’s regulatory and operational context. /li liLead recruitment initiatives for Palazzo Cordusio Torre Velasca to attract top hospitality talent aligned with luxury service standards. /li liOversee onboarding and induction processes to embed the SHG culture. /li liRoll out and execute Performance Management systems to drive accountability results. /li liPromote a positive employee relations climate and handle grievances and disciplinary processes. /li liConduct exit interviews and present trend analysis to leadership. /li liManage insurance, welfare programs and salary structures. /li liDesign property‑specific training programs and roll out corporate ones. /li liSupport training initiatives for Italian labor law compliance, brand standards and safety. /li liEnsure efficient use of HRIS in the region. /li liSupervise Time Attendance, leave management and payroll coordination. /li liManage legal compliance and administrative processes, including coordination with legal counsel, oversight of work permits, and operational efficiency across locations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or similar. /li liMinimum 8‑10 years of experience in the field of hospitality in a management level (ideally in restaurants and hotels). /li liStrong working knowledge of Italian employment law. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li liFlexible person with availability to adapt. /li liStrong organizational and multitasking abilities. /li liDiscounts Across Sunset’s Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond. /li liCareer Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
