PpSEAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Manager to oversee operations at Lamezia Terme Airport (SUF) and Reggio Calabria Airport (REG). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all station and hangar activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and supervise all operational activities within the station and hangars, ensuring adherence to SEAS and regulatory standards. /liliMonitor the condition of facilities, tools, and equipment, ensuring they meet operational and safety requirements. /liliOversee staff competencies, including On-the-Job Training (OJT), authorizations, and approvals. /liliCoordinate the personnel assessment process in collaboration with departments such as Quality Assurance (QA) and Planning. /liliEnsure optimal use and maintenance of station and hangar resources, tools, and materials. /liliIdentify operational issues and implement effective, timely solutions. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience in both Line and Hangar Management roles. /liliStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. /liliExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office 365; willingness to learn new software tools. /liliAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and operational challenges. /liliFluent English (written and spoken) is essential. /li /ulpAt SEAS, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
