He/She will Cover SLA in terms of Service Support for all Dematic Italy circular sorter installed base mainly on Europe Level and partially on Global level and will Maximizing Customer Satisfaction by Troubleshooting and RCA, reporting on most effective and efficient way.

Tasks and Qualifications:
The Support Service Engineer is going to work on:
5. Troubleshooting related to Dematic Italy Sorter Installed Base
6. Root Cause Analysis
7. Feedback to customers through failure report and Follow up of failures
8. Monitoring and analysis of system performance and reliability
9. Finding and development of improvements
10. Monitoring and Mapping the sites
11. Predictive Maintenance
12. According to the indication of CoE team leaders to prepare software changes
13. Support CoE engineers when requested
14. Prepare and monitor sorter statistics on live system
15. Provide remote support to specific critical customers during ramp-up phase
16. Provide 24h support for CS
17. Provide customer recommendations in terms of Maintenance
18. Check customer satisfaction
Who are we looking for?
A candidate with the following features:
19. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role
20. Experience on troubleshooting and problem-solving methodology
21. Availability to work on shifts
22. Knowledge on SW programming ( C/C++ software experience)
23. Knowledge on real time OS
24. Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
25. Health and Safety awareness
26. Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
27. PLC Programmer & Siemens TIA Portal
28. Electrical/Mechanical/Control knowledge in Industrial environment
