Responsibilities

Respond to maintenance requests from guests, communicate status and log information in company systemsPerform routine maintenance of hotel plumbing, electrical and heating systems in accordance with company standards and current legislationProvide guest assistance and immediate maintenance for issues related to plumbing, refrigeration, heating and electricityMaintain kitchen equipment (hot and cold)Preventive maintenance of technological centersCoordinate with external suppliers for structured interventions on various systemsParticipate in projects cataloguing hotel tools and equipment for routine maintenance planningUse management software to coordinate maintenance work with other departments, especially Housekeeping and Front Office

Physical DemandsAbility to lift and move objects up to 25 kg (and subsequently up to 11 kg). Must be able to reach heights above and below shoulder level, bend, twist, extend, kneel and move on uneven or inclined surfaces. Requires standing, sitting or walking for extended periods and maintaining a professional appearance in clean uniform.Qualifications

Previous experience in the role at hotel establishments, ideally luxurySkills in maintenance of electrical, plumbing, heating systems and security systemsEffective communication skills, excellent guest servicePositive outlook, flexible and enthusiastic personalityGood knowledge of English and Italian is a plusSeriousness, enthusiasm and adaptability
