Global Procure-to-Pay Buyer - Maternity leave

Fixed‐term contract as a maternity leave replacement.
Key Accountabilities
Support Supply Chain Strategy Implementation: Ensure adherence to Supply Chain guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Management: Maintain and update the Vendor List with detailed supplier information.
Performance Management: Develop and maintain detailed performance scorecards and risk passports for suppliers.
Risk Monitoring: Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor the risk passport process.
Supplier Performance Evaluation: Evaluate supplier performance across multiple dimensions and ensure compliance.
Bid Management: Manage the issuance, receipt, and detailed evaluation of RFQs and bids.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze Supply Chain data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Supplier Relationship Management: Conduct thorough assessments of supplier capabilities and maintain strategic relationships.
Technical and Tender Support: Collaborate with technical teams and participate in Tender Clarification Meetings.
Target Setting: Define target prices and commercial conditions and communicate these to vendors.
