Scrum Master
for a 6–12 month freelance engagement. You will support Agile teams delivering digital initiatives within a regulated, enterprise environment. This role requires hands‑on facilitation, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to foster Agile maturity beyond process compliance. Responsibilities
Remove impediments and manage cross‑team dependencies Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders Promote continuous improvement and delivery focus Support Agile culture within a structured corporate context Requirements
Proven experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments Strong knowledge of Scrum framework Experience in Financial Services / regulated environments (highly valued) Excellent communication and facilitation skills Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools Good level of English Details
