YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP to support the development and deployment of enterprise AI and advanced analytics solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Integration and curation of structured/unstructured data using Palantir Foundry;
- Operationalize ML solutions and Data Science using Foundry pipelines and ontology;
- Leverage Palantir AIP for LLM-assisted workflows, copilots, and decision support;
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation to ground AI outputs in enterprise data;
- Manage security compliance and perform Root Cause Analysis on model behavior.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Data Science, Applied ML and Advanced Analytics;
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch);
- Hands-on experience with Foundry; exposure to Palantir AIP strongly preferred;
- Strong skills in Statistical Modeling, EDA and Root Cause Analysis;
- Experience in customer-facing roles with ability to explain complex concepts to business users.
