Your responsibilities:
As a Growth Specialist at Blank, you will define, execute, and optimize paid acquisition strategies to drive growth through high-performance campaigns. You will explore alternative channels like strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing to boost customer acquisition and reduce costs.
Collaborating with the Marketing and Communication Manager, you will own growth strategies and manage external partners to ensure alignment and ROI. Your focus will be on developing and optimizing campaigns across paid channels, improving conversion rates, customer acquisition, and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Acquisition: Develop and optimize paid campaigns to acquire new customers and increase Customer Lifetime Value, monitoring performance indicators like CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
2. Exploring new channels: Experiment with partnerships, affiliate marketing, and emerging platforms to find new growth opportunities.
3. Agency & Partner Management: Collaborate with external agencies to meet performance targets and align with company goals, creating high-quality campaign assets.
4. Optimization & A/B Testing: Run tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and bidding strategies to improve performance, and design optimized landing pages.
5. Analytics & Data Insights: Use tools like Piwik Pro, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude to track and analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies based on data.
Requirements:
We encourage candidates from under-represented backgrounds to apply, even if they don't meet all criteria. The ideal candidate has:
* 2–3 years of success managing high-budget paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Experience in fintech, SaaS, or fast-growing sectors is a bonus.
* Experience working with external agencies and affiliate networks.
* Strong skills in designing, scaling, and optimizing paid strategies with a data-driven approach.
* Proficiency in monitoring and improving campaign performance.
* Experience with A/B testing and optimizing creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
* Hands-on experience with Piwik Pro, HubSpot, Google Suite, Amplitude, and Webflow.
* Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot for lead nurturing and customer management.
* Proactive, results-oriented, creative, curious, and a good team player.
