Driven by You. /h3 h3About You /h3 pAs a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing and executing full or partial implementation of selected investment projects. You will work in close collaboration with other members of the engineering team and interact with various departments (such as Production and Maintenance). In this role, you will ensure compliance with Kimberly-Clark safety rules and standards, as well as technical and regulatory requirements, cost and energy regulations, deadlines, and quality standards. This position offers exposure to an international environment. /p pYou will report to the Engineering Manager and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports). /p h3Location /h3 pThis role is based at our 200-people factory in Romagnano Sesia (NO), specializing in the production of branded family care products for all Italy and other European markets. /p h3Your Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liOrganize feasibility studies and prepare cost estimations for projects. /li liPrepare material requisitions and monitor purchasing processes. /li liSelect and interact with, external suppliers and elaborate RFQ technical specifications. /li liManage and monitor projects ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met. /li liDefine resource matrix including skills, roles, responsibilities, and duration. /li liSupport procurement in expediting activities and perform inspections (FAT) when needed. /li liEnsure equipment safety, integrity, and performance, implementing corrective actions when needed. /li liCoordinate subcontractors, manage technical documentation, archive final files, and ensure proper handoff to end users. /li /ul h3What We Need From You /h3 ul liEngineering background and previous working experience in industry /li liAdvanced computer skills: office and industrial design basis (2D plans, AutoCAD) /li liProject management skills /li liAbility to manage relationships at different levels (leadership, influence) /li liKnowledge of safety standards, fire prevention basis /li liKnowledge of automation and electrical engineering basis would be a plus. /li liFluent in Italian and English /li /ul h3We Offer /h3 pHere are just a few of the benefits you’d enjoy working in this role for Kimberly-Clark.
