Your Challenge As a Scrum Master, your mission will be to guide, coach and motivate the Agile team, spread across the globe, focusing on the needs of the Team members and enable them to provide value to their customer/partners with the goal of achieving results in line with the organization’s values, principles, and business objectives. Responsibilities Act as a change agent Organize and facilitate the Scrum events (Iteration Planning, Daily Scrums, Iteration Demo, etc.) Remove impediments (issue identification and resolution) Mentor the team applying Agile principles and practices; help the team as a servant leader to grow and lead by example Facilitate collaboration within the team and with the surrounding organization Ensure that Scrum and other relevant methods are understood and driven properly Guide the team to create evaluation methods and estimates, and periodically evaluate the process to improve predictions and reduce risks Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) for Scrum Masters to share experience within the organization Provide Agile Awareness (and SAFe) trainings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, economics or related field Certified Scrum Master (e.g. PSM 1 / PSM 2) SAFe know-how Experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a scaled environment in an IT organization Experience with building new or leading complex Agile teams Good knowledge of Agile Project Management Software (Jira/Confluence/Polarion and alike) Collaboration and team development skills Experience in working with virtual, globally distributed teams Desire to continuously grow Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge Proficiency in English and Italian; German is a plus Eligibility to work in Italy What We Offer To become part of our diverse and distributed team of more than 25 Scrum Masters.
