Junior IT Business Partner - Corporate Platforms to join its offices in Genoa or Rome within the Operating Engine Division.
Mission
The Junior IT Business Partner at RINA supports the alignment of IT services with business needs. This entry-level position assists in managing and prioritizing service and project demands, ensuring compliance with budget and IT architecture standards, and maintaining adherence to GDPR and IT security requirements. The Junior IT Business Partner collaborates with various teams to support the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Accountabilities
* Demand Management Support:
* Assist in collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing service and project requests from business and stakeholders.
* Help ensure alignment between demand, budget, and IT application architecture.
* Aid in evaluating technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions, assisting in conflict and issue management.
* Impact Evaluation:
* Support the assessment of changes on applications, data, infrastructure, and end users.
* Assist in ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
* Collaboration:
* Work with IT Cloud Infrastructure and IT Architecture teams to support application availability and performance.
* Collaborate with IT Security to ensure new applications meet Security by Design requirements.
* Assist Procurement in tender operations when applicable.
* Project Management Support:
* Aid in the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions.
* Help define work plans, resources, timelines, and costs for projects, monitoring progress and assisting in resolving issues.
* Collaborate with development and project teams to define technical specifications.
* Communication & Documentation:
* Assist in managing communication and collaboration among internal and external project stakeholders.
* Help draft technical documentation and progress reports.
* Provide support during training, assistance, and maintenance phases of solutions.
* Maintenance & Support:
* Assist in conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of IT applications.
* Provide second and third-level support for application issues, managing service requests beyond IT Service Support’s scope.
* Support the continuity of IT services by managing expectations, risks, and critical issues.
* Help update documentation and operating procedures related to applications.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree in Engineering General or Computer Science
Qualifications
* 3 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
* Experience in Global Platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, Ivalua, Microsoft Dynamics) or compliance projects/applications is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, and architecture.
* Knowledge of GDPR and IT security standards.
* Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or COBIT are advantageous.
