For our Monza site, we are looking for a Cable Assembly Specialist
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out the activities for manufacturing and assembling cables and wiring, for the finished product or semi-finished product;
- Following the project documentation and reporting any discrepancies or errors found during the manufacturing phase;
- Performing tests and inspections before transferring the product to the assembly area;
- Verifying the status of the product before delivery for the next phase, taking care to follow the relevant quality control procedures;
- Keeping the manager constantly informed about the status, efficiency, and quality of the production tools.
Requirements:
Who We're Looking For:
- Good knowledge in the field of wiring (crimping and tin soldering);
- Good manual skills and computer literacy (PC usage);
- Goal-orientation;
- Excellent ability to read and understand work diagrams/schematics;
- Accuracy and punctuality;
- Ability to work while meeting set deadlines;
- Excellent ability to work in a team.
