Job Purpose
In this role, you will deal with the creation of patterns for luxury leather goods using the Mozart program. You will follow the indications from the Product Development Department, and will be responsible for updating the patterns if any changes are needed. Furthermore, you will have daily communication and interaction with experienced bench workers.
Responsibilities
* Creation of patterns with the use of Mozart program
* Defining and creating leather goods that designers have sent to Product Development Department
* Printing the pattern with Cad system
* Inputting updates if requested by the Product Development Department
* Sharing information and issues with other Prototypist Operators and with the Industrialization and Product Development departments
* Overseeing the activities of Bench Workers
Personal Profile
* Proven CAD modelling experience within the luxury/fashion industry
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and leather goods/raw materials like canvans or nylon
* Certification for software such as mozart for leather goods will be considered a plus
* Passionate about leather goods development and production
* Attention to details
* Knowledge of all processes/phases used in the creation of a luxury bag
