We are looking for a General Manager to help lead and scale a group of digital education businesses operating at the intersection of community, online learning, AI and higher education. /p pThe role will work across Docsity, WeUni and OPIT – Open Institute of Technology, with the mission of bringing stronger structure, operational discipline and execution to a fast‑growing EdTech ecosystem. /p pThis is a role for a builder: someone able to combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution, product thinking, business ownership and a strong understanding of digital platforms. /p h3The Role /h3 pYou will help scale a portfolio of education businesses combining: /p ul liOPIT – Open Institute of Technology, an accredited online higher education institution focused on applied technology degrees /li liDocsity, a large‑scale student platform with millions of users, now evolving from a document marketplace into an AI‑native learning platform /li liWeUni, a B2B education and lead‑generation platform serving universities and higher education institutions /li /ul pYour mission will be to drive sustainable growth, strengthen product‑market fit, improve execution across teams, and build a more structured, scalable and high‑performing organization. /p h3What You’ll Own /h3 pYou will work closely with the Founder and the existing leadership teams, with ownership of the business units’ growth trajectory and operational performance. /p ul liDefine and execute product‑led, community‑led and commercially driven growth strategies /li liStrengthen engagement, retention and monetization across the student ecosystem /li liBring structure to product, marketing, sales, operations and customer experience /li liBuild clear KPI frameworks, operating rhythms and scalable processes /li liDrive execution across product roadmaps, growth initiatives and commercial priorities /li liIdentify and develop synergies across the platforms /li liAct as a strong external representative towards partners and stakeholders /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 pWe are looking for someone who combines entrepreneurial energy with strong managerial discipline.
