Seasonal Sales Assistant – Position
We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture in Portofino. As Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and be active in outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Sales
o Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques
o Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products
o Know the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
o Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add‑on sales
o Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go to an extra mile
o Implement customer database and clienteling practices
* Management of the Relationship with Clients
o Ensure a welcoming client‑focused environment, offering best‑in‑class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
o Develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
o Problem‑solve in partnership with the management team to resolve client issues to the benefit of the business and the client
* Back‑Office Support
o Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update the stock after sales, when necessary
o Elaborate and supervise product feedback
o Prepare delivery and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping
Qualifications
Requirements
* Preferred experience of 2–3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques
* Knowledge of the products and selling techniques
* University education or a fashion school degree
* English (C1–C2) mandatory (other languages are a plus)
* Office 360 and other basic digital software knowledge
