PpThe Audit and Compliance group is also responsible, among other activities, for conducting autonomously energy, environmental, health safety (EEHS) compliance audits as well as environmental, health and safety, and energy management system audits, with Internal Audit dpt supervision. /p pThe role is based in Europe, Turin, and involves travel to other EU countries, as well as to the Middle East, Africa, and the Far East, in support of the audit plan. /p h3Job Duties /h3 pRegulatory compliance audits are performed to verify adherence to EEHS government laws, regulations, and company policies. Management system audits are conducted to ensure compliance with ISO EEHS international standards. Job duties include, but are not limited to: /p ul liReview the operations of the audited business and assess how environmental, energy, and health safety issues are managed in relation to applicable regulatory requirements. /li liCollect data on business operations through on-site inspections, document reviews, staff interviews, and other relevant methods. /li liExamine business records for government permits, regulatory requirements, key performance indicators (KPIs), maintenance logs, and inventory control measures. /li liEvaluate management systems, including relevant procedures and monitoring programs. /li liAssess employee training programs and procedures, as well as the work environment, for compliance with governmental and corporate standards. /li liPrepare and compile final audit reports, including audit results and recommendations for improvements. /li liDraft all necessary working papers to support the analyses conducted during the audit. /li liPerform cross-reviews of working papers prepared by peers and fellow auditors. /li liPresent audit findings to business managers and directors. /li liConduct follow-up reviews to ensure that recommended improvements have been successfully implemented. /li liPeriodically monitor and verify the status of action plans resulting from previous audits. /li liCarry out periodic risk assessments, potentially involving senior management at Stellantis (levels N-1, N-2, N-3, and other hierarchical levels as necessary). /li liProactively review regulatory developments that may impact the effectiveness of risk assessments and audit execution. /li liThe role does not include resource management. /li liApproximately 50% travel to domestic and international facilities/sites is required. /li liA valid standard driving license is required. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in an environmental, health safety-related field (e.g., MS in Engineering), or—if holding a different bachelor's degree—solid experience in the subject matter. /li liMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in auditing, EEHS compliance audits, and/or program management within manufacturing or equivalent industrial settings. /li liWorking knowledge of environmental, energy, and health safety regulatory requirements, as well as relevant management systems including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. /li liStrong organizational and leadership skills, effective communication abilities (fluency in Italian and English required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus), and solid report-writing capabilities. /li liProficient computer skills and professional-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (O365 / Online Collaboration version). /li liAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. /li liProven ability to communicate effectively in both Italian and English. /li liFamiliarity with risk management principles and control objectives/activities. /li liPossession of a valid standard driving license. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPossession of the ISO certifications for ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001. /li liAdditional language skills in French, Spanish, Portuguese, German /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
