This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage internal infrastructure and applications /li liDeploy and maintain servers and tools /li liTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and services issues. /li liDocument activities, procedures, new deployments. /li liManage virtualization systems. /li liMonitor and optimize services and infrastructure. /li liCollaborate with engineers, developers, operators. /li liUpgrade systems and apply security patches. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field /li liExperience with Unix-based computer operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS) /li liExperience with Microsoft Windows Server /li liExperience with Virtualization environment like VMWare or KVM /li liKnowledge of backup systems such as Veeam or Bacula /li liProven experience in digital customer experience management, IT services, or a similar role will be a plus /li liStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and related concepts. /li liStrong understanding of digital technologies, customer journey mapping, and IT service management (ITSM) /li liKnowledge of Salesforce CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms will be a plus. /li liExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. /li liKnowledge of standard business software (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) /li liExperience in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, Perl, Bash, Java). /li liKnowledge of API testing (REST, SOAP) will be a plus /li liExperience with DB (MySQL); knowledge of ClickHouse will be a plus /li liKnowledge of automation (Jenkins/Ansible) and version control systems (Git) will be a plus /li liKnowledge of cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. /li liFluent in English, detail-oriented with interpersonal and organizational skills.
