You make sure procedures are followed and timelines respected. /li liYou ensure that our customers are regularly informed of project progress and manage their expectations with transparency. /li liYou track product shipments to ensure that delivery deadlines are met, and specifications are complied with. /li liAfter delivery, you will collect customer feedback to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liFluent in German, good level of English and Italian is essential. /li li5-to-7-year experience in monitoring projects in the automotive industry, particularly with projects requiring rigorous monitoring of deadlines and customer specifications. /li liKnowledge of manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, CNC, vacuum casting and injection molding is valuable. /li liExcellent spoken and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, good knowledge of CRM (such as HubSpot). /li liAbility to read a 2D or 3D file. /li liStrong skills in problem solving. /li liAbility to follow the procedures and respect timelines.
