About the job
\n
We’re looking for a middle finance professional who’s ready to take ownership of a key role in our fintech business. You’ll be responsible for IFRS reporting, audits, oversee group reporting, and actively shape our budgeting, tax, and cash flow strategies.

Job Responsibilities
\n
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
\n
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting deliverables
\n
Support consolidation of group financials across multiple entities
\n
Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
\n
Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management
\n
Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams to ensure data consistency
\n
Participate in audits and liaise with external auditors
\n
Drive improvements in reporting processes and systems
\n
Required Hard Skills and Education
\n
At least 2+ years of experience as a Financial Reporting Specialist or in a similar role
\n
ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or another relevant qualification (may be in progress)
\n
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, Master degree is desirable
\n
Experience in preparing of consolidated financial statements and managing general ledgers
\n
Experience working with external auditors and consultants
\n
Proficiency in accounting software
\n
Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
\n
Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
\n
Languages: fluency in English is required
\n
Experience working across different jurisdictions is a plus
\n
