Job Purpose
We are seeking a candidate to support both sales and stock management functions.
The candidate will act as a “brand ambassador,” conveying the Brand’s philosophy and values. Responsibilities include maximizing sales performance, fostering customer relationships, developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.
Additionally, the candidate will oversee stock management, ensuring KPIs, corporate guidelines, and procedures are followed. This includes maintaining impeccable stock levels, minimizing stock losses, and implementing guidelines from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
* Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
* Engage proactively in cross-selling to maximize sales and achieve targets and KPIs.
* Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors.
* Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
* Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
* Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual display, complying with operational guidelines.
* Contribute to security measures to prevent product thefts.
* Ensure product safety and proper handling in the warehouse.
* Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and preparation for sales or special areas.
* Organize stock counts and stock-takes accurately.
* Track product flow using the SAP system.
* Manage stock during repairs, markdowns, returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following guidelines and deadlines.
