You will be the primary lead for a dedicated bteam of 12 staff members /b, ensuring that our property maintains impeccable 5-star standards and that every guest experience is seamless and memorable. /ppThe ideal candidate is a natural leader who "leads by example," possesses a strong eye for detail, and has a proven track record in high-end hospitality management. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibOperational Oversight: /b Manage and optimize all daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, pool/garden care, and guest services. /lilibStaff Leadership: /b Coordinate, train, and motivate a team of 12 (including butters, housekeepers, security, and gardeners). Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and maintain a positive working culture. /lilibQuality Control: /b Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic presentation are met at all times. /lilibGuest Relations: /b Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests. Oversee the check-in/out process and handle special requests or complaints with professionalism and grace. /lilibFinancial Admin: /b Manage operational budgets, vendor relations, purchasing, and provide regular reports to the owner regarding occupancy and maintenance needs. /lilibFacility Management: /b Coordinate with external contractors for technical maintenance and ensure all villa equipment and facilities are in top condition. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ullibExperience: /b Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a management role within a luxury villa or boutique hotel environment. /lilibLanguage: /b Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required to manage the local team effectively. /lilibLeadership: /b Proven ability to manage and coordinate a large team (10+ people). /lilibPersonality: /b High emotional intelligence, problem-solving mindset, and a "can-do" attitude.
