The entire logistics flow is centrally managed by the SM.I.LE80 software platform (Smart Integrated Logistics), which ensures efficient system integration and optimizes the management of all operations—from the entry of raw materials, through storage, to shipping. /p pWe are looking for a High Bay Warehouse Project Manager who will join the High Bay Warehouse Division and will be responsible for the implementation of automated warehouse systems. The HBW Project Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of the project, from budget planning and budgeting through execution, testing and final commissioning at the customer’s site. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a key point of contact for all stakeholders, both internal (project team) and external (end customers) /li liEnsure that both on-site and off-site activities comply with the quality, budget, and timeline objectives defined in the contract /li liCollaborate with internal departments involved in project development to verify process effectiveness and alignment with the quality system /li liManage any change requests related to the initial contractual requirements /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor or Master’s Degree in civil engineering or other related engineering degrees /li liExperience in automated warehouses, intralogistics, or material handling systems. /li liFluent English, both spoken and written /li liKnowledge of advanced information systems, ERP, and BI tools /li liFamiliarity with key tools and methodologies of Project Management /li liStrong communication and collaborative leadership skills /li liStrong customer-oriented mindset and focus on delivering customer value /li liAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage dependencies across development activities /li liProactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and results orientation /li liStrong project planning, cost control, and schedule management skills /li liWillingness to travel up to 40% of the time /li /ul h3Preferred Requirements /h3 ul liProficiency in a second foreign language (French or Spanish) /li liPMP certification from PMI (or an equivalent qualification) /li /ul h3What's In It For You /h3 ul liPermanent full-time contract /li liSalary based on experience /li liUp to 40% monthly of smart working /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pQualified applicants will receive consideration.
