The Italian Ministry of Health has recognized ISMETT as a Scientific Institute for Research, Hospitalization and Healthcare (IRCCS) in the discipline of "Care and research of end-stage organ failure".
The Institute is one of the few in Italy that has held Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation since 2009 and one of the 6 Italian hospitals certified at Stage 7 EMRAM, HIMSS.

Position Our institution offers the opportunity to perform an Erasmus Traineeship, designed for students enrolled in universities participating in the program who wish to complement their studies with hands‐on experience in a real work environment.
The Erasmus Traineeship will be activated through a Learning Agreement with ISMETT.
The Traineeship does not include remuneration.
Insurance coverage for accidents and civil liability will be provided by the home University or by the student.
