Pega Senior System Architect
This role involves working on the design, implementation, and deployment of complex Pega solutions.
The Senior System Architect will play a key role in managing the development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Pega applications, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions for business processes and automation.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide expertise in the use of Pega PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander) for complex applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve Pega application performance and integration issues.
Ensure adherence to best practices for Pega development, including Pega Frameworks, UI/UX, and integration standards.
Contribute to the planning and execution of Pega upgrades and patches.
Mentor and guide junior Pega developers in the team.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality and design standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in
Pega PRPC
application development and architecture.
Certified Pega Senior System Architect (
CSSA
).
Expertise in
Pega BPM
and CRM applications; expertise with Pega Platform 24.1 and Theme Cosmos application
Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP, REST etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with Pega Cloud and Pega Robotics is a plus.
Fluent in English
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Pega Decisioning and AI solutions.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Pega development.
Experience with DX API & Constellation UX Design
