Primary Objective of the Position
• TheTransfusion Ambassador is responsible for performing technicalsupport for Transfusion customers, on Alinity instruments, GLPautomation system and any other products that are part of theAbbott Transfusion solution. 2. Key Responsibilities
• Providetechnical assistance on Alinity instruments installed atTransfusion sites.
• Provide application support (Software,Assays…)
• Be the main reference for Transfusion Customers,establishing a relationship based on trust.
• Be part of theservice team to support the Sales Team and manage contractimplementation.
• Be part of a network of technical experts forEurope.
• Assist Sales Executives with regular customer businessreviews.
• Inventory and order management: ensureinventories/standing orders match customer needs.
• ProvidePro-Active support (including preventative maintenance) analyzinginstrument logs by using the given tools.
• Provide customertrainings at customer site. 3. Education
• Bachelor's degree orequivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree/degree inmedical/electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering or medicaltechnology is preferred. 4. Background
• Minimum 3-5 years ofexperience in biomedical device service support
• Experience in asimilar position.
• Successful customer engagement.
• Excellentproduct and industry knowledge (IVD).
• Strong understanding of keystakeholders and customer dynamics.
• Basics solution selling.
•Excellent relationship building skills.
• Excellent communicationskills.
• Ability to identify and drive problem resolution.

• Strong experience usinganalytics and software

• Good spoken andwritten English 5. Position Impact
• Perform high level technicalsupport for Transfusion Customers, on Alinity seriesinstrumentation, GLP Automation System, and any other systems thatare part of the Abbott Transfusion solution.
• Be a key role onblood supply chain by ensuring that Transfusion laboratoriesdeliver expected results, maintaining on-time bloodsupply/distribution having a positive impact on patient management.
