Benefits Administrator Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage benefits administration for employees located in the EMEA region, creating and maintaining process documentation as needed.
* Resolve cases and enter benefits data into the system for employees.
* Collaborate with clients to resolve requests related to projects or escalated employee issues.
* Contribute to process design and technology capabilities to ensure optimal process support from a benefits perspective.
* Work on reports using various data extraction tools to meet client plan rules and resolve issues.
* Utilize Excel calculation sheets to analyze and solve problems.
* Participate in system testing during internal acceptance testing and user acceptance testing, as required.
* Take an active part in process transition from client to office, as required.
Requirements
* C1 Level English Language proficiency (CEFR scale or equivalent).
* At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration/HR administration/payroll area.
* Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in implementations and process documentation creation.
* High level exposure in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Experience with MS Office is mandatory, with a strong knowledge of MS Excel.
* Working experience in Benify/Benifex system or SHARP (SAP HR) would be an asset.
* Experience implementing benefits for France, UK, Belgium, or Romania would be beneficial.
