The role suits someone with 5–6 years’ experience in operational/IT risk who is ready to take on broader responsibilities and grow into a future team‑lead position.
English and Italian fluency are required.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and monitor operational, cyber, IT and third‑party risks.Maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and promote strong risk culture.Support enhancements to the enterprise risk framework and regulatory alignment.Provide guidance on risk methodologies, controls and governance.Deliver clear risk reporting for senior stakeholders and committees.Coordinate scenario analysis, incident reviews and risk assessments for key projects.Liaise with auditors and supervisory bodies and support responses.ProfileMaster’s degree in a relevant field (tech, cyber, engineering, economics or finance).Experience in financial services, audit, consultancy or regulatory environments.Strong grounding in IT governance and information security frameworks (e.G.
