PManage and supervise tender participation on behalf of the company, ensuring the correct presentation of documents required from public customers, accurate understanding of tender contracts and quotations as needed, managing a workforce in alignment with strategy and guidelines provided by superiors and the Commercial Operations Director and/or Manager. /ppMonitor new tenders through daily analysis of tenders selected by external companies or published on government portals to understand their requirements and specifications, and identify those of interest to the company. /ppManage and optimize the entire tendering process, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and quality from processing to award, monitoring volumes. /ppbManage the data processing part for site and price changes. /b /ppAnalyze the results of contracts (won/lost) and calculate market share in cooperation with Marketing. /ppEnsure the correct development and follow-up of the 'contracts' software and IT tools essential for the department's smooth operation. /ppTrain staff (new and existing) to improve skills and understanding. /ppMonitor and suggest improvements in processes and procedures. /ppWrite and manage performance reviews to improve competencies, linking performance to merit enhancement and ensuring employees have the appropriate training and resources. /ppResolve employee relations issues and maintain a high-quality work environment to motivate employees to perform at their best. /ppSupport the Manager in daily operations, including staffing development, analysis, planning, and recognition. /ppParticipate as a member or leader in projects aimed at process or area improvements. /ppPossess a degree in law, economics, or related disciplines, or a diploma with relevant experience. /ppbExperience in tenders and contracts, preferably in the biomedical sector. /b /ppThorough knowledge of Legislative Decree 36/2023 (Public Contracts Code) and familiarity with main e-procurement platforms (e.g., excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken). /ppExperience in managing administrative, economic, and technical documentation for public tenders and private customer quotations. /ppExperience in optimizing internal tender management processes, including digitization and KPI monitoring. /ppAbility to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects. /ppThorough knowledge of international medical device regulations (e.g., regulatory knowledge, administrative skills, documentary and administrative management skills). /ppuComputer skills: /u Experience using management software and tools for electronic tenders. /ppAbility to write clear documents and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
