**Digital Learning Content Creator Intern Job**:

**About the Role**:
This role will report solid line to the Medical Education Divisional Lead with a dotted line to the EDUCARE Centre of Excellence, a comprehensive suite of education and training programs that support healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care worldwide.
The core objective of this role is to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine skills gaps/learning needs, design training standard structure and develop high quality e-learning materials, partnering with external vendors to manage the content production process. The role is primarily focused on digital content development and video editing.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Identify best Digital training format/ channel for each customer needs
- Video editing to produce content for EDUCARE
- Create new and adapt existing courses for online / blended environment
- Work to identify external resources and vendors that specifically meet e-learning needs
- Ensure content is approved through the appropriate regulatory and legal channels
- Project manage digital and e - learning projects with various teams
- Work with Manager to ensure all Regulatory and compliance protocols are adhered to
- Ensure that all products and advertisement have been through the appropriate approval processes, prior to sharing or publishing.
**What are we looking for in you**:
- Background in digital multimedia design (UX, video editing, e-learning, SCORM)
- Visual Digital design skills with an awareness of lesson and curriculum planning.
- Ability to storyboard/create narrative scenarios and group content structure;
- Generate and champion new ideas and approaches
- Promote collaboration across the organization
- Strong planning and organizational skills, in order to maintain editorial calendars (quotes, deadlines, workflow, progress reports)
- Good communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels, and ability in writing effective instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe InDesign/Illustrator and Vimeo.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities
- Fluent in English. Additional European Language is plus.
