Description
The F&A Assistant is part of the Finance & Administration function and is responsible for supporting the company's accounting and tax activities, ensuring the accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timeliness of accounting records and periodic closings. They collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Supports the team in the topics of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and bank accounting.
Ensures proper bookkeeping and compliance with tax regulations.
Collect the data for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (statutory and/or consolidated).
Supports the preparation of periodic tax filings (VAT, Intrastat, corporate taxes, CU, 770, etc.).
Manages administrative tasks related to freelance collaborators.
Supports internal and external audits.
Practical background
High school diploma in accounting and/or a degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
Previous experience or internship in accounting, preferably in structured or international environments, is a plus
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Previous experience with SAP is a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
