Ph3Overview /h3 pbJob Overview: /b /p pWe are seeking an experienced and proactive bEHS Manager /b to lead the Environment, Health, and Safety functions at our continuous process manufacturing site, which operates under an bIntegrated Environmental Authorization (AIA) /b. The EHS Manager will ensure compliance with local and international EHS regulations and corporate policies, foster a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance. /p pbOptionally, the role may include the responsibility of RSPP (Health Safety Officer) as per national regulations. /b /p pThis position offers medium‑term bcareer development opportunities at an international level /b, depending on the results achieved and the candidate’s ambition and capabilities. /p pThe search is open internationally. Applications from abroad are welcome, provided the candidate has a solid understanding of the Italian legal and regulatory framework applicable to EHS matters. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure full compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, including the conditions of the AIA permit and relevant national/international legislation. /li liDevelop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems in line with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and corporate standards. /li liLead site EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and manage corrective and preventive actions. /li liCoordinate environmental monitoring and reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication with authorities and corporate stakeholders. /li liPromote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility through training, awareness campaigns, and active employee engagement. /li liInvestigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective measures. /li liServe as the main point of contact with local authorities for EHS matters, including regulatory inspections and permit updates. /li liSupport the implementation of corporate sustainability and EHS initiatives at site level. /li liLead the emergency preparedness and response programs, ensuring plans are in place, tested, and understood. /li liReport EHS KPIs and performance metrics to both local and corporate management. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in an EHS leadership role within a high-risk industrial environment (e.g., chemical, energy, heavy industry). /li liIn-depth knowledge of AIA regulations and continuous process operations. /li liStrong understanding of EHS management systems and regulatory compliance. /li liExperience working in a multinational organization is preferred.RSPP qualification or willingness to obtain it is a plus. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
