Your opportunity
We are currently seeking for a Jr Business Controller who will be part of the Business Controlling Team, based in Padova Head Quarter.
How you will contribute
1. Prepare specific reporting packages for HQ Management with a focus on brands, geographies, and areas of business responsibility.
2. Prepare and ensure end-of-month reporting on Net Sales data, with details by country and brand.
3. Upload Year-End Bonuses and compare them with the forecast and budget (BI).
4. Ensure the preparation of royalty reports by brand, in accordance with contractual agreements.
5. Develop and create the necessary reports for Business Control using institutional Business Intelligence (BI) and BPC tools.
6. Analyze order and invoicing data related to the top line.
7. Support the Business Control team in the initialization activities (BPC) for budget and forecast management.
8. Collaborate with the IT team to transfer budget/forecast data to Business Intelligence to enable analysis.
9. Support Brand Managers with their requests, given the continuous evolution of the brands in the portfolio.
10. Perform ad hoc business analysis and control activities.
Who you are
11. Degree in Business Administration with excellent results
12. Previous experience (1-2 years) in similar role within international and structured company
13. Fluent English
14. Advanced Excel user
15. Experience with SAP implementation and use is a plus
16. Ability to design and measure KPIs, with specific focus on the P/L
17. Ability to work cross-functional, close to business and customers with a solid business partner attitude
18. Ability to understand business models and build business plans
19. Ability to work within fast growing environments and to contribute to build a new organization
