Job Description
ROLE OBJECTIVE: Management of activities related to HR (both soft and hard aspects), supporting the company in aligning the 'people strategy' with the overall business strategy. This includes imagining, developing, and implementing HR management initiatives that promote growth, performance, and alignment with shared future objectives.
Qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
* Ensure HR coordination between HQ functions and business areas by applying company policies and procedures, providing information on labor regulations, and ensuring compliance with all HR processes.
* Maintain direct contact with line managers and workers (over 500 people - blue and white collar), supporting production management.
* Handle employer branding, recruitment, and selection activities, including managing adverts, CV screening, and organizing job advertisements with various function managers.
* Manage onboarding processes, including preparing welcome paths and onboarding plans for new hires.
* Organize and manage training activities for blue and white collar employees, utilizing funds like Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti, and preparing related documentation.
* Manage the Talent Management Cycle in coordination with HQ, including succession planning and performance evaluations.
* Update Job Descriptions in agreement with HQ.
* Prepare reports (Excel) on absenteeism, headcounts, PDR data, incentive systems, and other statistics.
* Update and draft organizational charts and policies in line with HQ directives.
* Collaborate with ESH Manager and Medical staff on health surveillance issues.
* Support HR activities related to GDPR compliance.
* Assist in industrial relations and disciplinary/litigation matters.
* Participate in HR auditing activities.
* Support the General Services Department as needed.
SPECIFIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
* Deep knowledge of Zucchetti Suite and its modules (Presenze, Z Scheduling, Paghe Infinity, Dossier Dipendente, In Recruiting); experience with migration projects is a plus.
* Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
* Familiarity with main search sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
* Excellent command of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of the Metalworking Industry Agreement and GDPR guidelines.
* Experience in skills assessment and mapping processes.
* Knowledge of innovative training methodologies, including digital solutions like e-learning, blended learning, and gamification.
* Understanding of pay slip structures and payroll processes is advantageous.
Additional Information
CAPABILITIES
* Degree in humanities, economics, law, or related fields; a Master in HR Management is a plus.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in companies with complex production facilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team-oriented approach.
* Positive attitude focused on turning challenges into opportunities, being pragmatic, results-oriented, and proactive.
* Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar, with the ability to interpret HR metrics.
