A day in the Life:
1. Provide expert mentorship on HR processes and policies.
2. Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic HR roadmaps.
3. Lead talent management strategies in partnership with senior leadership.
4. Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, career development, and recognition programs.
5. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and performance-based incentives.
6. Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
7. Stay updated with current industry trends and effective strategies to consistently improve HR processes and programs.
Education
8. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.
Experience
9. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a complex matrixed organization.
10. Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, handling diverse and complex HR responsibilities.
