Verifying the correct drafting and completeness of the assigned documentation (cycles, tests and inspections, drawings, etc.).
Collaborating with the Quality department for prompt reporting and proper resolution of Non-Conformities.
Ensuring that at each workstation, tools, instruments, and equipment are correctly used and put back in order at the end of the activity.
Assisting operators—taking into account their level of experience—and facilitating necessary conversations (technical and non-technical) between the workshop and support functions (Safety, Quality, Engineering, etc.).
Collaborating and facilitating handovers between shifts by leading the Shift Control Center.
Ensuring that existing (or newly introduced) processes and procedures are adopted, including the proper use of documentation to be produced or tracked, whether paper-based or digital.
