WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Core activities. You will coordinate and govern complex IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and meeting quality standards. You will have the opportunity to manage multi-project and multidisciplinary teams, facilitating collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, applying Agile principles where applicable, promoting iterative and incremental delivery practices and keeping the projects aligned with business objectives and provide regular progress updates to senior management. You will have the opportunity to identify, analyze and mitigate risks and interdependencies, supporting the definition of roadmaps and key milestones and gaining a high-level understanding of the technical architecture / solution to effectively engage with technical teams.
* Technologies. You work with a modern set of project management, collaboration and workflow automation tools, including Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) for backlog management, planning and documentation. The role involves regular use of collaboration platforms (e.G., Microsoft Teams) and reporting/dashboarding tools to track progress, capacity and risks (Excel and Power BI). From a technical standpoint, you will engage with systems based on cloud and API-driven architectures, interacting with engineering teams on integrations, data flows and system dependencies.
* Team work. You will work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating across multiple teams and organizations, including the client, partners and other third-party external companies. The role requires strong coordination and communication skills to operate effectively within a multi-stakeholder ecosystem. The working model is Agile, with cross-functional teams, interative delivery cycles and continuous interaction with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE...
* Academic background. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
* Valuable expertise. A proven track record in the governance of complex projects is required, preferably in multidisciplinary and high-visibility environments. The ideal candidate has held roles as a Project Manager, with responsibility for the integrated management of timelines, costs, risks, stakeholders and project roadmaps. Strong cross-functional coordination skills and an end-to-end strategic vision are essential. 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
* Nice to have. Certifications like CAPM, PMP, PSM, CSM will be considered a plus. Technical background in an IT domain-technical IT knowledge.
* Soft skills. Strong communication skills, cultural adaptability, proactive problem-solving and the ability to align diverse stakeholders to ensure effective and timely delivery in an international environment. Effective leadership and\ "get it done\" attitude. Speaking English is a must. Speaking French as well is a plus.
