* Oversee company vehicle fleet, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, and documentation.
* Manage relationships with fleet leasing or service providers and monitor contract compliance.
* Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, servicing schedules, and insurance renewals.
3. Administrative Support
* Support employee relocation, office moves, and onboarding logistics.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in the workplace.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in facilities or administrative management, preferably in a multinational setting.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, fleet operations, and vendor management.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems CAFM software.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in Italian and good command of English.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience working in an international or multicultural corporate environment.
* Knowledge of Italian workplace safety regulations and supplier contracts.
