Reflexallen Group, one of the leader in the automotive field is looking for a Industrial Controller at our Headquarters of Guiglia, on the hills of Modena.
You will report directly to our Group CFO.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Collect and report data related to production costs
2. Profitability analysis by customer and by product
3. Reports and analysis of deviations from the price and turnover budget
4. Assist in financial decisions providing analysis on the performance trends
5. Drafting monthly reports and preparing presentations on variances and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
6. Preparation of monthly forecasts
7. Defining the annual operating budget
8. Knowledge of the development logic of a multi-year Business Plan (Income Statement/Cash Flow)
Requirements:
9. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
10. Previous experience in industrial controlling role, preferably in structured international companies
11. knowledge of controlling at corporate level
12. Experience on ERP systems
13. Strong interpersonal skills: a dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciated
14. Willingness to travel
15. Fluency in English
