We at Shimano are looking for a Service Technician associate to join our team. This role requires you to provide support to your team as well as deal with the customers. The Challenge
* Review, register, evaluateandfollowup with customer on service and warranty claims according to guidelines
* Wherepossiblerepairgoodsare sentin by customers and pass on recommendations for improvements where faults have occurred.
* Creates and / or delivers training material content in the classroom, online or externally.Answers questions from and give technical support and advice to Shimano customers and fellow colleagues
* Ensures the correctorganization, administration and reporting is followedfortechnical documentation, warranty claims, recurringquestionsand systems.
* Gather market insights from customer feedback, complaints,questions,and when giving technical support at events.
* Provide support in activities related to material handling and goods shipments.
What are we looking for?
* Preferably 3 -5 years of working experience covering a similar role or as a bike mechanic.
* You are passionate about cycling andhave professionalknowledge of Shimano's products.
* You find it easy to communicate with customers and are service-oriented.
* Youworkstructured,independently,and based on data.
* Good Communication skills in Italian as well as English
* You understand the importance of reporting and may have worked with CRM systems before.
* Experience with automated order processing.
* Knowledge of or experience with quality systems is considered a plus.
* Knowledge of Word and Excel.
* You work accurately, with an eye fordetail,and you work according to agreed procedures.
