As a Junior Managerial Training - Internship, you will join Eni Corporate University. In particular, your team will follow behavioral training, coaching, mentoring, and corporate identity activities.
Main activities
* Participate in the training needs analysis phases
* Support macro and micro-design
* Follow the evaluation activities of training interventions, alongside occupational psychologists with expertise in behavioral issues, during the in-person and remote delivery phases
* Read and understand organizational culture and the role that corporate identity formation can play
* Ensure the monitoring of administrative and IT traceability activities to support the process itself through company tools
* Support the management of training process stakeholders (suppliers, internal customers, participants)
* Bring new insights into educational trends through research and/or previous experiences
Required characteristics
* Bachelor's degree in humanities/sociology/economics
* Interest and brief experience in behavioral training will be positively evaluated.
* Good knowledge of the English language
