BS or Master's (preferred) degree in mathematics, physics, aerospace or a relevant engineering disciplineLeadership, relationship management and communication skills, both oral and writtenCognitive, analytical, delegation, planning and organisational skillsAbility to anticipate problems, solve complex issues and relate situations to their contextDeveloping and evolving competences to meet current and future needsEligibility to get relevant security clearances for National Programs
PurposeContribute to both Mission Preparation and Mission Execution, by taking care of:
Provision of Mission Analysis support for Flight Dynamics requirements specification, design, development and verification phasesProvision of Flight Dynamics support to the Operations Concept definition and Operations PreparationProvision of Flight Dynamics support to the Definition, Preparation and Execution of Launch & Early Orbit Phase (LEOP)Provision of Flight Dynamics support to the Definition, Preparation and Execution of routine Phases from Commissioning to GraveyardingSupport to, and implementation of, anomaly resolution and investigationFlight Dynamics direct Operations for LEO, MEO and GEO satellites, from Launch to the GraveyardingImplementation of the necessary System Evolutions in terms of Operational Procedures, System Configurations and DevelopmentKnowledge of programming languages, preferably JAVAKnowledge of the OREKIT library, preferred but not requiredThe candidate must be available to work at unusual hours for limited periods during non-routine operations (i.e., Launch and Early Orbit Phases, Graveyarding) or during contingenciesThe candidate must be available to travel abroad
